We have for review the complaint of The Florida Bar and the referees report regarding alleged ethical breaches by Rafael A. Centurion. Centurion petitions for review, challenging the referees findings of guilt and recommended discipline. The Florida Bar cross-petitions on the issue of discipline. We have jurisdiction. Art. V, § 15, Fla. Const. For the reasons stated, we approve the referees findings of fact regarding Centurions guilt and approve in part the referees recommended discipline.
